Forbes Marshall in association with the Instrumentation Experts Club recently organized the IEC meet. The theme of the event was Uptime Improvement with Next Gen Condition Monitoring Monitoring.
The event started with a welcome address by Mr. B R Mehta, Ex-vice president, Reliance Industries followed by sessions from Forbes Marshall and Shinkawa, Japan.
The session on Condition Monitoring was delivered by Mr.Tom Fuji, Shinkawa, Japan and Mr Mukesh Vyas, Forbes Marshall. Shinkawa also unveiled ZARK, its latest offering for condition monitoring at the event. A ZARK is a wireless device that monitors the fitness of your machines and notifies you when there is a problem. ZARKs are fast, secure, cost-effective and Wi-Fi enabled with WPA-2.
Mr. Shantanu Choudhari also gave a brief introduction to process analytics for the Oil and Gas Industry.
