14 companies got plot at Sirajganj Economic Zone

Desk Report : 14 industrial units have been allotted land in Sirajganj economic zone. The land allotment was held at the office of Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority (BEZA) at Karwan Bazar in the capital on Tuesday.

Sirajganj Economic Zone Limited is the largest Economic Zone to become the driving force of sustainable development in Bangladesh. The project will play an indispensable role in generating a wide range of employment opportunities as well as production activities in the Northern part of Bangladesh. It has got all the potential to contribute to the country’s industrial development.

This EPZ is located on the west side of Bangabandhu Jamuna Bridge by the bank of Jamuna River. Sirajganj Ecomonic Zone largest private economic zone is being set up on 1,035 acres of land.

M.A Matin Chowdhury, Chairman Sirajganj Economic Zone Ltd; Paban Chowdhury, Executive Chairman (Secretary) BEZA; Sheikh Monowar Hossain, Director, SEZ were present at the plot allotment ceremony.
