Today, Bangladesh’s leading RMG consultancy firm, R&G 3rd Eye, has signed an MoU with BKMEA to conduct in-depth factory assessments for 50 BKMEA member factories in the first phase.
Through this initiative, R&G 3rd Eye will identify key improvement areas in productivity, efficiency, system development, and overall operational performance, helping member factories achieve sustainable growth and greater competitiveness.
The MoU signing session was attended by Mr. Fazlee Shamim Ehsan, Executive President of BKMEA; Engr. Rupali Biswas, Chief Coordinator of BKMEA; and Mr. Emam Hossen, CEO of R&G 3rd Eye.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to strengthening Bangladesh’s knitwear and RMG sector through practical assessment, structured guidance, and continuous improvement.
