In our factory, we traditionally welcome VIPs, special guests, or customers with a red-carpet reception. As part of this gesture, our employees stand in rows to show their respect to the guests. However, at the start of the new year, we embarked on a unique initiative that highlights a new dimension of our work culture. We decided that on the first day of the year, we would honor our most valuable asset—our employees—with a red-carpet reception.
As part of this initiative, today turned out to be a truly memorable day for us. The management team stood in line beside the red carpet, flowers in hand, to welcome each of our employees. We expressed our gratitude to them by presenting flowers and recognizing their vital contributions.
