AAA Control the training and advising firm held the session on “MEET THE ENGINEERS” on 15th December 2016 with special guest Egnr. Sk. Shariful Islam (IEB-Fellow, CSCM), General Manager Merchandising of TUSUKA Group and hosted by Engr. Momtaz Ahmed, Head of AAA Control. Textile graduates from different universities, i.e., BUTex, NITTER, DIU, Green University, World University, BUFT, NIFT, Shamoly Engineering College, and job holders attended the session with full of enthusiasm and courage. The special guest talked in details about different situations, environments, traits necessary, and techniques used by interview board to find out potential applicants suit best for the positions. As a member of interview board Engr. Shariful interviewed hundreds of candidates in his 16 year-long working experience, thus he explained practical cases to the participants and explained them how to successfully overcome interview board. He simply explained that résumés for the different job positions should not be same and the determination to work in a specific area shall be supported by practical examples. The host, Engr. Momtaz Ahmed who is more than 19 years of experienced in textile-garment sector, explained to graduates the importance of attending of professional trainings and he believed that training is the prime key for exponential professional growth of job holders.
