Desk Report: Bangladesh based one of the largest  woven agrments manufacturing  unit  Denim Processing Plant sister concern of DSL Group achieves USGBC (LEED)  Gold Certification .

According to USGBC, Denim Processing Plant Limited” at Belashahor, Comilla, Bangladesh, just achieved USGBC (LEED) Gold Certificate with 69 LEED Points. Project achieved this recognition with following milestones ,consulting by 360 TSL: –
1. Energy Savings 25%
2. Potable Water Savings 55%
3. Waste Reduction 95%
4. Fresh Air ASHRAE +30%
5. Low VOC Products Used
6. 40% Open Spaces
7. Heat Island Effect Reductions
8. Daylight used 90%
9. Complied with all applicable World Standards
10. Adaptations of Green Plans and Policies.
Mr. Ananta Ahmed USGBC Faculty, International Green Building Expert LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP EB O+M, LEED AP ID+C, LEED AP HOME, LEED AP ND and MD of 360 TSL said, We would like to thanks Mr. Md.
