Another proud achievement has been added to Bangladesh’s journey toward sustainable industrialization — Adzi Trims Ltd (Indet Group) has been honored with the “Green Factory Award 2025” by the Government of Bangladesh in recognition of its outstanding contributions to environmental conservation and sustainable manufacturing practices.

For the 2025 Green Factory Awards, a total of 30 factories from 16 different industrial sectors were selected. The award was granted based on criteria such as eco-friendly operations, energy efficiency, waste management, and excellence in workplace environment.
It is particularly significant that this is the first time any company from the trims, packaging, and accessories sector has received the Green Factory Award from the Government of Bangladesh. This is not only a remarkable achievement for Adzi Trims Ltd, but also a milestone and inspiration for the entire sector.
Furthermore, it is with great pride that we announce Adzi Trims Ltd has also received the prestigious LEED Platinum Certificate, earning an impressive score of 94 — the highest in the world in the trims, packaging, and accessories industry. This is not only a matter of pride for Adzi Trims, but also for Bangladesh as a whole.

At the award ceremony, organized by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, 30 factories from 16 different sectors were officially recognized with the Green Factory Award.
The event was graced by Brigadier General Dr. Md. Sakhawat Hossain (Retd.), Advisor to the Ministries of Labour, Employment, and Shipping, as the Chief Guest, and Adilur Rahman Khan, Advisor to the Ministries of Industries and Housing & Public Works, as the Special Guest.
The program was presided over by A.H.M. Shafiquzzaman, Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Employment. Other speakers included Ardashir Kabir, President of the Bangladesh Employers’ Federation; Omar Md. Imrul Mosin, Inspector General of the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE); and Anwar Hossain, Chairman of the Tripartite Consultative Council.
