AmCham Bangladesh celebrated its 30th Anniversary on September 12, 2026, uniting current and former AmCham leadership, members, Government leaders, diplomats, business leaders, and distinguished guests for an evening celebrating three decades of strengthening the BangladeshโU.S. economic partnership.
Reflecting on the journey, AmCham President ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ ๐ผ๐ต๐ฎ๐บ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐น paid tribute to the visionaries and leaders who shaped the Chamber’s legacy, while setting his sights firmly on the future. He underscored key priorities for the road aheadโenergy security, an enabling investment climate, intellectual property rights, cybersecurity, regulatory reform, and deeper Governmentโprivate sector collaboration.

Speaking as Special Guest, ๐.๐. ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ง. ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป, U.S. Ambassador to Bangladesh, congratulated AmCham on 30 years of advancing U.S.โBangladesh commercial ties. Noting AmCham’s role as a reliable partner to the U.S. Government over the past 30 years, he expressed confidence that, as Bangladesh delivers on its commitments under the Agreement on Reciprocal Trade, the partnership will see even more positive outcomes in the next 30 years and beyond.
