With over 15 years of leadership in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector, Amer has played a pivotal role in advancing operational modernization, sustainability, and workforce development. As Co-Chairman of the RSC Standing Committee at BGMEA, he is actively involved in shaping compliance strategies and advocating for climate-conscious and inclusive business practices—including support for women-owned enterprises.

At Best of Bangladesh 2025, Amer shared valuable perspectives on how manufacturers can lead the way in upskilling workers, promoting gender equality, and preparing for a just transition amid the global shift toward automation and ethical sourcing.
