Staff Correspondent: Country’s first Government registered and active organization, Apparel Merchandiser Foundation of Bangladesh (AMFB) organizes Proud members get together on 2 December at Sector-7 party center in the capital. More than 200 apparel merchandisers gathered at the get together program.
This event was presided by Abdullah-Al-Mamun Chairman, AMFB.Mr. Ala Uddin Ahmed Rasel, General Secretary, AMFB conducted the meeting. AMFB Board of Directors, New members spoke at the event and shared their vision.
AMFB vision is to assist Merchandiser in becoming informed, responsible, creative, and critical communicators and enhance Merchandising knowledge and skill in, the construction, interpretation and distribution of communication in diverse cultural and global communities.
The speakers said, merchandiser is the bridge between the industry and the buyer. The merchandiser is the one who creates a good relationship in between exporter and buyer. In this regard, we need to build a strong relationship between AMFB members.
As per the members discussion Very soon AMFB launched their website and arrange annual picnic . Besides AMFB also will work to reduce gap between industry and academia.
