Arunima Group Donates Electric sewing machines to Songjog Connecting People

Arunima Group, one of the leading garment textiles giants in Bangladesh donates two electric sewing machines to Songjog Connecting People for their “Songjog Women’s Empowerment Project”. It will install in the Rangpur district for the Songjog empowerment project.  Kontoor Brands Inc. (World Renowned Fashion Brand) has also come forward to make this initiative successful.

Syed Qamrul Huda, Managing Director, of Arunima Group says, ”it’s our duty to help jointly our deprived people, Arunima Group is always ready to do anything for the country’s people which will be sustainable”. Mr Sanjoy Kar (Supervisor, Engineering) from Kontoor Brands Inc. says, ”Kontoor Brand believes that Songjog women empowerment project will create more sustainable opportunity for the unprivileged people”. Mr Anis Ansari, one of the talented persons in our RMG sector, made these significant steps fruitful.

Before this, Songjog already is working in different districts on self-empowerment projects (Chittagong, Habiganj, Dinajpur, Kurigram, Nilphamari).
