The connected packing system optimizes workflow and enables 72% faster processing speeds, while the facility is designed to handle five times increase over the previous inbound volume, double outbound velocity and increase inventory density by 50%.

Christensen attended the opening, alongside Executive Chairman of BEPZA (Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority), Major General Mr. Mohammad Moazzem Hossain, ndc, afwc, psc, G, MPhil; President of AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce) in Bangladesh, Mr. Syed Mohammad Kamal; and the Avery Dennison executive leadership team whose presence underscores the significance of this milestone for the region’s manufacturing future.
The facility was developed in response to rising demand for faster fulfilment, greater customization and more transparent supply chains. Factors such as fragmented workflows and delayed inventory data had created picking delays and logistics inefficiencies, prompting the move to a more integrated digital warehouse operation.
