In partnership with BGMEA, Integral Global Health (USA), JCM Foundation (USA), and several leading factories, AYAT Education is implementing a three-year initiative to enhance the health and wellness of 30,000+ RMG workers.

As part of this initiative, AYAT Education hosted a high-level dialogue today at The Westin in Dhaka. The event brought together leaders from government, private sector, civil society, academia, think tanks, and media to exchange learnings, scale innovative models.
At event, BGMEA was represented by Senior Vice President Inamul Khan – Bablu and Director Shah Rayeed Chowdhury, who reaffirmed BGMEA’s commitment to safeguarding the health, safety, and welfare of garment workers. They emphasized that healthier workers lead to a stronger workforce and a more resilient future for the industry.
The dialogue was attended by Dr. Md. Sanwar Jahan Bhuiyan, Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment, as the Chief Guest. In attendance were also BGMEA Vice President Rezwan Selim, Director Rumana Rashid, Chairman of BGMEA Standing Committee on Buyers Forum Maashed Rumman Abdullah and One Stop cell Chairman Mozammal Hoque Bhuiyan. Tahsin Aman, Chairperson of AYAT Education, delivered the closing remarks.
