Badsha Textiles boosts combing efficiency with Trützschler’s TCO 21XL

Trützschler’s story:
For leading Bangladeshi textile manufacturer Badsha Textiles Ltd., specializing in the production of high-quality yarns, continuous investment in advanced spinning technology is key to maintaining competitiveness, quality and efficiency. With a spinning capacity of around 600 tons of yarn per day and a long-standing partnership with Trützschler dating back to 2004, the company recently expanded its spinning preparation with ten TCO 21XL combers.

The decision was driven by Badsha’s commitment to adopting the latest technologies and its confidence in Trützschler solutions.
“I believe in always using the latest technology, and I trust Trützschler technology. The 12-head concept of the TCO 21XL is more economical in terms of productivity, space and energy consumption” says Mr. Khorshed Alam, Executive Director at Badsha Textiles Ltd.

The TCO 21XL sets new standards in combing performance. Operating with 12 heads instead of the typical eight, it increases productivity by around 50% while maintaining excellent sliver quality. At the same time, the machine requires less energy per head and significantly reduces space requirements, helping mills improve overall operational efficiency.

➡️ Perfect yarn quality with COUNT CONTROL
For Badsha, one of the key advantages is the machine’s integrated COUNT CONTROL function. The feature continuously monitors the sliver count and automatically adjusts the draft settings to ensure reliable sliver count stability. The result is highly consistent yarn quality with significantly less count variations, providing the ideal foundation for first-class yarn quality.

Today, Badsha Textiles operates an extensive fleet of Trützschler machinery and continues to invest in the latest solutions. The company has already placed an additional order for eight more TCO 21XL combers.

Trützschler sincerely thank Badsha Textiles Ltd. for their trust and valued partnership of more than two decades and look forward to supporting their continued growth with future-ready spinning preparation technology.
