For the last three consecutive months, Bangladesh has been facing continuous challenges in the non-traditional markets, at a time when the country is already under pressure in its major export destinations — the USA and Europe.

This situation underlines the urgent need for a strategic, long-term plan and effective execution to expand and consolidate our presence in non-traditional markets with new products, destinations, and strategies. Strengthening these markets is critical to mitigating unforeseen shocks and demand fluctuations, as we are currently experiencing in the US and EU markets.
