BGMEA Director Tanvir Ahmed recently attended a seminar titled “Reinvigorating Denim Business Through Product Differentiation” as a panelist where he shared his thoughts on the current trends in denim market, especially how customers’ demand influenced by fast fashion is giving birth to new styles.

He also talked about why it’s important to focus more on innovation and technology to cope up with evolving denim market situation.  He also shed light on the enhanced capabilities of Bangladeshi denim manufacturers in catering to the global market through product differentiation.

The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) organized the seminar on the sideline of FAB Show held in Mumbai, India.

Manish Kapoor, CEO of Pepe Jeans, Chandrakant Huddar, GM Sales & Marketing of Raymond, and Minesh Juneja, GM Sales & Marketing (Denim Division) of Arvind Ltd. spoke at the seminar as panelists while Prashant Agarwal, Joint Managing Director of Wazir Advisors Pvt. Ltd. moderated the session.
