Bangladeshi Mithela Group celebrates Argentina World Cup champions

Desk Report: Bangladesh-based one of the largest woven textile manufacturers and exporter Mithela Group celebrate Argentina World Cup champions. Kylian Mbappe slammed a hat-trick while Lionel Messi scored a brace but the latter one had the last laugh as Argentina won the enthralling final of Qatar World Cup 2022 at Lusail Stadium in Doha.

Bangladeshi football fans chanted “Messi, Messi,” shedding tears of joy and dancing in the streets to celebrate the triumph of Argentina – a country half a world away – over France in the World Cup final Sunday. Mahbub Khan Himel, Director, of Mithela Group celebrates this prestigious moment by cutting the cake with employees.

Every four years during the World Cup, the country renews its love affair with the sport, as many young people divide themselves largely into two rival groups – one supporting Argentina, the other Brazil said, Mahbub Khan Himel.

“Messi has proved he is the greatest player in the world. He is even greater than Diego Maradona or his rival Cristiano Ronaldo. The debate is over, he added.

Bangladesh exports apparel items to 201 countries and territories including Argentina. Clothes made in Bangladesh are available in the renowned brand and retail shops of these two South American countries.

Bangladesh exports almost the same products to Argentina including medicines, plastic products, leather products, jute products, toys, mattresses and medical equipment
