Fakir Group, a leading name in Bangladesh’s apparel and textile sector, proudly participated as the Platinum Sponsor of the Playpen Inter-School Football Tournament 2025, held from 16–18 October 2025 at the Playpen School Field.

As one of the oldest English medium schools in the country, Playpen has been a beacon of quality education and youth engagement since 1977. This year’s tournament brought together around 20 renowned schools, 50 football teams, and nearly 1,200 students, creating a vibrant platform for young talents to showcase their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.


Fakir Group’s sponsorship reflects its enduring belief in youth empowerment, sportsmanship, and future leadership development. Representing Fakir Group, Mr. Sumon Kante Singha, Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), attended the program as the Chief Guest, accompanied by his strategic team — Mr. Sowfen, Mr. Mohiuddin, and Mr. Nahid.
