BGBA delegation meets withAdvisor of Ministry of Textile & Jute

Today, on 29th October 2024, the BGBA team had the privilege of meeting with the esteemed Brigadier General Sakhawat Hossain (Ret.), the honorable advisor for the Ministry of Textile & Jute. BGBA president Mofazzal Hossain Pavel and Director Emadaul Haque Miazi were present.

Our discussion on strengthening the Bangladesh Garment Buying House Association was both insightful and productive!

Mr. Hossain was incredibly supportive and shared valuable guidance to help us address pressing issues. We’re looking forward to our next meeting to collaborate even more closely with the Department of Textiles (DOT) and ensure enhanced support for BGBA’s initiatives.

With the interim government, we’re also moving forward to elevate BGBA’s brand and seek critical policy backing to benefit our industry. Big things are ahead for BGBA
