The Bangladesh Garment Buying House Association (BGBA), in collaboration with R&G 3rd Eye Consultancy, successfully kicked off its Skill Development Training Series on 25th October 2025 at the BGBA Seminar Room.
The first session, titled “Deadline to Delivery: Mastering Critical Path & Order Execution,” brought together professionals from various buying houses and apparel organisations. The facilitator engaged participants through practical discussions on common industry challenges and shared effective tools and guidelines to develop and maintain critical paths — a key element in ensuring smooth and timely apparel deliveries.
The session concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, recognizing participant commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
