The Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), AYAT Education, and Integral Global signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the BGMEA Complex in Uttara, Dhaka on 4 June.
This partnership marks a significant step toward enhancing healthcare access and promoting workplace wellness for the country’s ready-made garment workforce.

The signing ceremony was attended by key stakeholders, including Administrator of BGMEA Anwar Hossain; CEO of AYAT Education Ms. Nusrat Feroz Aman; and Director of Programs Ms. Laila Karim, along with other distinguished officials.
The primary objective of this MoU is to foster a collaborative approach to improving the health and well-being of garment workers who form the backbone of Bangladesh’s economy. The initiative aims to provide essential healthcare services and raise awareness about workplace wellness, contributing to a more supportive and sustainable working environment.
Speaking at the event, BGMEA Administrator Anwar Hossain said: “We believe that healthier workers mean a stronger workforce and a more resilient future. We are enthusiastic to move forward together on this important journey toward holistic wellbeing in the RMG sector.”
