Desk Report: BGMEA Acting President Sayed Nazrul Islam and Vice President Miran Ali hosted a dinner for Marielle Boström, Head of Regional Sourcing, South Asia, Aditi Bharadwaj, Regional Sourcing Lead, South Asia, Ralph Lauren and Bashir Un Nabi of Ralph Lauren Dhaka office.

They discussed issues pertaining to the RMG industry of Bangladesh, including the sector’s priorities in market and product diversification, especially high-end non-cotton products.

They called upon Ralph Lauren to strengthen partnership with their Bangladeshi suppliers and increase sourcing from Bangladesh.
