BGMEA President stressed the need for complementing each other in boosting apparel and textile business in Bangladesh and India.

Desk Report: BGMEA President Faruque Hassan attended the FAB Show in Mumbai recently as a special guest where he stressed the need for complementing each other in boosting apparel and textile business in Bangladesh and India.

Union Minister of State for Textiles Darshana Jardosh inaugurated the FAB (Fabrics, Accessories, and Beyond) Show as the chief guest.
The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) organized the show which attracted visitors from the entire garment industry, while the exhibitors at the event included accessories and other input manufacturers.
President of the International Apparel Federation (IAF) Cem Altan, CMAI President Rajesh Masand, Chief Mentor of CMAI Rahul N Mehta, Chairman of FAB Sub-committee Naveen Sainani were present at the inaugural ceremony which was also attended by BGMEA Director Tanvir Ahmed, Chairman of BGMEA Standing Committee on Scheduled Bank Md. Israfil Atique and Chairman BGMEA Standing Committee on Trade Fair Mohammed Kamal Uddin.
