Desk Report: Bangladesh Garments Washing Technologist Federation (BGWTF Annual General meeting held on 25 February 2022 at a hotel in the capital . Abdus Samad Arian, General Manager washing, TUSUKA Processing Ltd has been elected as the new President of BGWTF for the 2022-23 session. Mahasinuzzaman Shishir, General Manager, Natural Denims and Wash & Wear Ltd elected General Secretary of BGWTF. 
A total 33 members elected for executive committee including- Abdul Aker, Sr.Vice President; Alamgir Hossain Vice President; Kamal Uddin Mia, Vice President, Ananta Kumar Malo, Vice President, Sk Mroidha,Vice President, Shahidul Islam Tipu, Vice President SM Sohel rana, Vice President, Harun Or Rashid , joint secretary general, Fazle Rabby, Organizing secretary; Yeasir Rafat, Organizing secretary; Binoy Kanti Mondol, Co-organizing secretary.
Md. Mehedi Hasan, Founder President of BGWTF ; Zakir Hossain Lenin former president BGWTF, Ananta Kumar Malo former General Secretary, BGWTF were present and handover duties to newly executive committee. .
BGWTF started its journey from 2009 as a non-profit, non-political charitable foundation. The mission of this foundation is to share technical solution regarding garments washing and to help the members through charitable activities. BGWTF also arranges technical training for the members and for the manpower to sharpen their knowledge.
BGWTF last biannual election held on 10 April 2019. where Zakir Hossain Lenin and Ananta Kumar Malo elected as presidend and general secretary.
