Since 2008, a combined show known as “ITMA ASIA + CITME” has been held in China, scheduled to take place every two years. Taking off in Shanghai, the milestone event features the unique strengths of the ITMA brand and China’s most important textile event -CITME. This move to combine the two shows into one mega high-quality event is strongly supported by all nine CEMATEX European textile machinery associations, CTMA (China Textile Machinery Association) and JTMA (Japan Textile Machinery Association). The fifth edition of the combined show will be held from 21 to 25 October 2016 at the new National Exhibition and Convention Centre (NECC) in Shanghai. Bräcker the specialist for key components in ring spinning machines, which is part of Rieter Premium Textile Components, will present a variety of new products at ITMA Asia 2016 in Shanghai. The company will demonstrate the ability, to generate additional customer value, by utilising its expertise in ring spinning.
The new STARLETplus traveller from Bräcker with its improved coating shows a better resistance against corrosion. This is of high importance in challenging spinning conditions like high humidity or aggressive fibres. As a result the service life can be extended up to 50 %. These travellers, which are suited for the entire yarn count range, are especially recommended for viscose, CO/CV blends, PES, and dyed fibres. During the entire service life the yarn quality values remain constant.
Another highlight at ITMA Asia will be the redORBIT spinning rings, which are designed to produce high quality yarns at top speeds. The system consisting of spinning ring, ring holder, and support ring is a cost-optimized solution for ring spinning machines. It allows increased speed and thereby a higher production. There is no thermal damage when processing synthetic fibers, because of the optimized heat conduction between traveller and ring. The new redORBIT spinning rings offer a ring spinning solution with optimal price/performance ratio.
