BTMA holds its 38th AGM

Desk Report: Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA)  38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 10th April, 2022 at The Westin in the capital. . Mr. Mohammad Ali Khokon, President BTMA chaired the meeting. The distinguished Members of the Board of Director’s, invited BTMA members were present in the meeting.

Both physically and virtually during the meeting, the President BTMA briefed the members about the initiatives of BTMA. The meeting appreciated BTMA’s president efforts to protect the interest of the Primary Textile Sector. In the meeting BTMA members shared the recent changeless of  primary textile sector.

Mr. Abdullah Al- Mamun & Mr. Md. Fazlul Hoque Vice-President, BTMA, Mr. A. Matin Chowdhury, Former President BTMA, Mr. Khorshed Alam spoke in the meeting. Mr. Monsoor Ahmed, Additional Director & CEO (In-Charge), BTMA also attended the meeting. BTMA has been registered in 1983 with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies as an Association, not for profit, under the Companies Act 1994.BTMA now has 1521  members mills including Yarn ,fabric ,Dyeing and printing mills.
