Five graduates from BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) have been awarded full scholarships by the prestigious China Scholarship Council (CSC) to continue their postgraduate studies at Zhejiang Science & Technology University (ZSTU).
The China Scholarship Council, a non-profit organization affiliated with the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, is renowned for fostering international educational exchange and providing financial support to exceptional students globally. The awarded graduates- Md. Sarwar Jahan, Md. Anwar Hossen, Md. Easir Ali Afroz, Abu Saleh Pinku, and Tanjim Parvez-completed their studies in the Department of Textile Engineering from various batches.
On August 14, 2024, during a meeting with BUFT’s Pro Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, the graduates shared their excitement and gratitude for the chance to advance their education and explore new opportunities in textile, fashion design, and technology. Their achievements not only demonstrate the exceptional talent nurtured at BUFT but also underscore the significance of BUFT’s international partnerships with over 30 universities globally.
