We are proud to announce that the 3 comprehensive int’l exhibitions serving the entire Textile & Garment industry of Bangladesh for 21 Years is back of after a gap of 2 years “21st Textech Bangladesh International Expo 2022”, along with two concurrent exhibitions titled the “18th Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show 2022-Summer Edition” and “40th Dye+Chem Bangladesh 2022 International Expo”, organized by CEMS-Global USA, in association with CEMS Bangladesh, will begin on August 31. This four-day event will take place from August 31 to September 3 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Bashundhara, Dhaka.
A press conference was held to mark the event on August 23, at the Economic Reporters Forum (ERF).
Ms. Meherun N. Islam, President and Managing Director of CEMS Global, spoke at the beginning of
the event. She said, “Textech Bangladesh International Expo” could not be organized in 2020 because of
COVID-19 and the exhibition sector have suffered greatly because of the pandemic. In 2021, we organized the “Textech Bangladesh International Expo-Virtual edition” and we got huge responses even though it was virtual. She added, “Now that the pandemic has subsided, CEMS-Global USA, is going to organize a huge-scale “21st Textech Bangladesh International Expo.
She added that the chief guest at the expo’ inauguration ceremony will be H.E. Golam Dastagir Gazi,
Bir Protik, MP, Ministry of Textiles and Jute. We will also have special guests: Faruque Hassan,
president of the BGMEA and Mohammad Hatem, executive president of the BKMEA.
