Chittagong Merchandising Leadership Summit 2025 to Be Held on December 19

Chattogram, Oct 2025: The Chittagong Merchandising Leadership Summit 2025 will be held on Friday, 19 December 2025, at the BGMEA Auditorium, North Khulshi, Chattogram. The summit is being organized jointly by the Merchandising Brotherhood Association of Bangladesh (MBABD) and the Professional Management Institute – Chattogram (PMI CTG).

The event is being arranged following the successful completion of the Dhaka edition and aims to enhance leadership development, professional skills, and industry collaboration among merchandisers in the southern industrial region.

Mr. Enamul Aziz Chowdhury, Director, Chattogram BGMEA, will attend the program as the Chief Guest.

Distinguished Special Guests include Mr. Kazi Mizanur Rahman, Director, BGMEA; Mr. Md. Mohiuddin Chowdhury, Director & Co., Clifton Group; Mr. Syed M. Tanvir, Director, BGMEA and Managing Director of Pacific Jeans Group; Mr. Md. Shamsul Azam, Director, BGMEA and Managing Director of Renown Apparels Ltd.; and Mr. Ahmed Noor Faisal, Director, BGMEA and Managing Director of Visual Knitwears Ltd.

The summit is expected to gather more than 250 participants, including factory owners, buyer representatives, senior merchandisers, and industry experts. Key sessions will focus on merchandising leadership, innovation, emerging technologies such as AI, and future challenges of Bangladesh’s RMG sector.

Organizers stated that the summit will provide an important platform for knowledge sharing, professional networking, and strengthening leadership capacity within the apparel industry in Chattogram.
