Professor Arnab Basak, and Lecturer Suman Chandra Pal Sir. Students of different years of City University spontaneously participated in the said seminar.

A sector of interest to students today is printing. Printing is the first choice of fresh-out textile graduates. Because this sector still employs many non-technical people, there are many opportunities for textile engineers. This sector has now become trending for students as textile graduates are promoted in this sector at the fastest rate.

The main content of the seminar was to give students a basic idea about printing and to inform them about design development. As a result, when students go to build a career in printing, they can learn everything very quickly. To do well in the industry one must have adequate knowledge about the subject otherwise the career does not develop.

The person who has taken the said seminar regularly takes seminars on this topic in different universities of the country and he is also the Chief Designer and CAD Manager of Unifill Composite Dyeing mills Ltd . Sohail sir taught various things about printing to the students. He presented through the said seminar in simple and vivid language and instilled an interest in it. He gives everyone an idea about the various machines and processes of printing and gives a realistic picture through videos. How to understand the entire process from an order to design development to fabric delivery. Then Mahamudul Hasan Sajid, a third-year student of City University and campus ambassador of Textile Engineers Society-TES told them how to develop their skills and build networking by working in different organizations.

It also gives an idea about why we should work as volunteers in various organizations. It also provides an introduction to how the Textile Engineers Society-TES at City University works and how freshers can join.

In the late afternoon, at the end of the seminar, everyone took a group picture and the dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering Prof. Dr. Eng. Humayun Kabir sir gave the memento to Mr. Shawkat Hossain Sohail.
