In a significant development for Bangladesh’s chemical industry, Denim Solution Ltd. secured a 2-acre land lease from the Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) on January 22, 2024. The land, located in the Jamalpur Economic Zone, was handed over by the Sheikh Yusuf Harun, Hon’ble Executive Chairman, of BEZA to SM Shohel Rana, the Managing Director of Denim Solution Ltd, during a momentous signing ceremony.

Denim Solutions Limited, a Private Limited Company operating since June 23, 2013, has been a reputable agent of “KAISER,” the global distributor of DyStar Laundry Auxiliaries, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. With a decade-long history of delivering high-quality products and services, the company has decided to diversify its operations into the manufacturing of essential fabric processing chemicals.
The proposed project is strategically aligned with the needs of the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector, which relies heavily on various chemicals in the manufacturing process. Denim Solution Ltd aims to contribute to the chemical industry’s growth by establishing a cutting-edge textile chemical manufacturing facility on the newly acquired land.
The signing ceremony was attended by distinguished personalities, including Sheikh Yusuf Harun, Executive Chairman of BEZA, Md. Mozibor Rahman (Additional Secretary), Executive Member – Investment Promotion, BEZA, and high officials from both Denim Solution Ltd and BEZA.
Sheikh Yusuf Harun appreciated the Denim Solution team for their team effort. He mentioned,” For Jamalpur Economic Zone 400-acre land is planned. For the first phase, 192 acres of land have been allotted for 23 manufacturers and we are almost full. We will have to move for 2nd phase.” We hope Denim Solution Ltd. will set up their manufacturing plant soon and contribute to our national economy, Sheikh Yusuf Harun added.
