Dhaka Garments & Washing Ltd received ‘LEED Gold” certificate by USGBC

Desk Report: Dhaka Garments & Washing Ltd sister concern of Hams group received the certification of Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) BD+C v4 GOLD Certificate with 68 LEED points for existing building design by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in consultation with 360° Total Solution Limited (TSL).

On 16 March a inauguration of weeklong green learning event organized by 360 TSL where Mr. Santanu Dutta Gupta, Associate Director, Market Development, USGBC & GBCI handed over the LEED certificates to Engr. Shafiqur Rahman ,Managing Director of Hams Group. Krithikha Muthukrishnan, Partner & Principal Consultant, Green Sketch Consultants; Engr. Md. Hasmotuzzaman President, ASHRAE Bangladesh Chapter; Ananta Ahmed (International Green Expert, USGBC Faculty, LEED AP BD+C, EB O+M, ID+C, HOME, ND) and MD of 360 TSl ;AKib Rahman Director of Hams Group were present at the certification handover ceremony.
