Digitalization the Dyehouse, On-Site: ELiAR @ ITMA Asia 2025

ITMA Asia + CITME, the leading event of Asia’s textile machinery industry, will open its doors in Singapore from 28–31 October 2025.

Once again, the exhibition will showcase innovative solutions across 19 product categories, serving as a strategic meeting point for manufacturers in Southeast Asia, South Asia and the Middle East. With its focus on digitalization and sustainability, ITMA Asia captures the pulse of industrial transformation and offering a unique showcase for solution partners like ELiAR.

ELiAR takes its place at the fair with an approach aligned to this transformation. Rising costs, resource constraints and environmental regulations make it essential for dyehouses to build more traceable, more efficient and data-driven production structures. ELiAR addresses these requirements not a singular leap, but an integrated system of interworking layers.

Blending more than 40 years of industry experience with an architecture that brings together data, automation, control and software, ELiAR is bringing this model to life at ITMA Asia 2025 with a live production setup. At Hall 8 – C101, visitors will have the opportunity to experience how a textile dyehouse can be managed digitally from end to end.

Technologies for real-time monitoring, parameter measurement, dosing precision and decision support systems will work together as an integrated production architecture at ELiAR’s stand:

Batch Controllers
Collect process-specific data in real time, providing traceability at every stage of production. Real-time tracking and analytics deliver data-based decision support.

Smart Sensors
Measure critical parameters such as pH, conductivity, level and absorbance to ensure in-process quality. Real-time data flow on site reduces the risk of errors.

Fully Automatic Automation Systems
Ensure zero-error dosing of dyestuffs, minerals and auxiliary chemicals. These systems contribute to repeatability and process stability while minimising operator intervention.

Digital Factory Architecture and AI Assistants
Developed with digital twin technology, ELiAR Digital Factory makes all systems in a textile plant visible within a single central structure. With anomaly detection, predictive maintenance and recommendation mechanisms, it supports production. At this architecture have also AI assistants to contextualize and guide production decisions.

ELiAR’s offering is not limited to products; it is the on-site expression of the company’s approach as a solution partner to manufacturers. ELiAR is making this partnership-oriented approach to digitalization made tangible at ITMA Asia 2025.

“ITMA Asia is not just a trade show for us; it is a platform to share our vision with the industry, to digitalize textile production culture and to grow our partnerships. At ELiAR, we invite you to experience the hands-on impact of digital transformation on-site.”
