The Embassy of Denmark in Bangladesh hosted a seminar bringing together representatives from Bangladesh’s Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry to discuss energy efficiency, sustainability, and future collaboration.
Building on the Energy Assessments conducted under Denmark-supported initiatives, participating factories shared valuable experiences, discussed implementation of recommended energy-saving measures, and identified opportunities for continued collaboration with Danish partners.
A key highlight of the seminar was a practical case from Shin Shin Group, showcasing its experience with the Danish company TEGnology ApS and its innovative energy efficiency solution.
TEGnology’s experts demonstrated how smarter data collection and real-time monitoring can improve energy efficiency, workplace safety, and resource management.
Better data enables better decisions, and the right technologies can help factories move from ambition to action. Denmark remains committed to supporting Bangladesh’s green transition by fostering partnerships, sharing knowledge, and connecting Danish innovation with Bangladesh’s growing manufacturing sector.
