The European Business Forum for Commerce and Industry (EBFCI) is pleased to announce a high-level delegation visit to Bangladesh from September 28th to October 5th, 2024. The delegation, led by Dr. Wali Tasar Uddin, MBE, DBA, JP, President of EBFCI, is set to explore new avenues for enhancing business relationships between the UK, EU, and Bangladesh. This visit aligns with EBFCI’s overarching vision of “Developing a New Era of Partnership between the UK, EU, and Bangladesh.”
The primary objectives of this delegation are to:
- Explore and enhance business relationships between the UK, EU, and Bangladesh.
- Identify and address current challenges faced by companies operating in these regions, aiming to boost trade and investment flows.
EBFCI has long served as a vital bridge connecting the UK, Europe, and Bangladesh, promoting economic cooperation, trade, investment, and knowledge exchange. The delegation comprises twenty professionals representing a diverse range of industries, including finance, health, education, technology, travel & tourism, manufacturing, food and beverage, project management, research, and business consulting. This team includes senior executives, industry specialists, and trade experts with a deep understanding of the markets in the UK, Europe, and Bangladesh.
Throughout their visit, the delegation will engage with Bangladeshi government officials, business leaders, and industry experts to discuss a variety of critical issues, including:
