Elevating the Standard of Employee Wellness in the RMG Sector!

Q Collection Pte Ltd (SQ Group) and Praava Health have signed an MoU to launch QCare Powered by Praava, a scalable healthcare model purpose-built for Bangladesh’s manufacturing sector.

Located at Q Collection’s SQ Station campus in Bhaluka, the center will provide quality consultations, diagnostics, first aid, and wellness education for more than 15,000 employees on-site.

From Q Collection Pte Ltd (SQ Group)’s team, Senthil Selvan (Group CEO), Warisul Abid (Chief People & Sustainability Officer), Shihan Hassan (Chief Innovation Infrastructure Architecture & Engineering), Chee Yong T. (Head of Global Sustainability, Brand & Culture), Ahammed Ali (Lead-ESHS Sustainability), Md. Tauhidul Islam (Lead, ESHS – Social Compliance and Health & Safety, Sustainability) and Susmita Das (Manager, Sustainability) were present at the signing.

From Praava Health’s team, Mohammad Abdul Matin Emon(CEO), Syed Shourav Kabir (Head of Consumer Business), Ananya Raihan (MBA, MPH) (GM, Operations), Rashik Rafid Khundker (Lead – Corporate Sales), and Golam Samin Rahman (Manager, Corporate Sales) were present. Rooted in dignity, innovation, and impact, this partnership aims to redefine workplace healthcare with a model that is accessible, technology-driven, and people-focused.
