In 2025, Envoy Textiles Limited achieved a significant sustainability milestone by incorporating 7% recycled materials into its production processes, marking meaningful progress toward its ambitious targets of reaching 20% recycled material usage by 2030 and achieving 100% sustainable material adoption within the same timeframe. As part of this strategic roadmap, the facility invested in an advanced recycling unit with a capacity of 20 tons per day and continues to actively implement the 3R principle – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle – across all areas of its operations, further strengthening its commitment to resource efficiency, circularity, and responsible manufacturing.

Mr. Kutubuddin Ahmed, Chairman of Envoy Textiles Limited, emphasized the company’s long-term vision, saying, “Our vision is to lead the textile industry with a true Close-Loop Circular Principle—where every material, every process, and every waste stream is responsibly managed, reused wherever possible, and returned safely to the system. This is our commitment to future generations and sustainable industry leadership.”

Envoy Textiles Limited’s commitment to circularity extends far beyond its core production processes, encompassing a comprehensive approach to waste management and resource recovery across its operations. Both pre-consumer and post-consumer waste are systematically recycled into valuable raw materials, while 100% of food and cattle waste is transformed into biogas, supporting community energy solutions through 17 natural gas stoves. In addition, 100% of hazardous waste is managed responsibly through co-processing in cement factories, further contributing to resource recovery and reinforcing the company’s dedication to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.
Innovation at Envoy Textiles Limited also extends to product development, where the company is transforming waste banana trees and cultivation residues into fibers that are subsequently spun into yarn and woven into high-quality denim fabrics, demonstrating a truly circular approach from farm to fashion. Through continuous innovation, advanced technology adoption, and a deeply rooted culture of sustainability, Envoy Textiles continues to inspire the broader textile sector by showing that industrial growth and environmental responsibility can progress together.
At Envoy Textiles, recycling is not merely an initiative – it is a long-term commitment to protecting resources, creating sustainable value, and building a better future for generations to come.
