To gain deeper insight, Mr Md. Shahidul Hoque, Senior Manager of the Spinning Division at Envoy Textiles Limited, visited this week the Saurer Group in Übach-Palenberg, where he experienced the Autocoro11 live in operation at our Spin Center.
The latest model of Autocoro 11 delivers significant advancements compared to its predecessor models, and Mr Hoque was particularly impressed by:
1. Substantial energy savings leading to a more sustainable production and cost savings.
2. The ability to efficiently process recycled materials with the Recycling Xtreme options.
3. New, operator-friendly features that significantly enhance ease of use, such as:
- Automatic efficiency monitoring
- Monitoring of finished packages on the transport belt by LED
- Starter bobbin monitoring using modern LED technology
