Envoy Textiles Limited held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 6 December 2025 at Gulshan Shooting Club, Dhaka, in the presence of its shareholders, Board of Directors, senior management and statutory auditors. Graced by the company’s Chairman Engr. Kutubuddin Ahmed and Managing Director Mr. Tanvir Ahmed, the meeting’s proceedings were conducted by Company Secretary Mr. M Saiful Islam Chowdhury, FCS.
The AGM approved the Audited Financial Statements and a 30% dividend for the year ended 30 June 2025, alongside reporting record net profit of approximately BDT 141 crore, indicating strong growth in earnings per share and revenue. The meeting also confirmed the appointment of female Independent Director Professor Tanzina Haque, FCMA, underscoring Envoy Textiles Limited’s commitment to good governance and sustainable value creation for its shareholders.
