Envoy Textiles Limited will invest BDT 187cr to expand production and acquire land.

The company said BDT 179cr will be used to expand open-end rotor spinning capacity. Another BDT 8cr will be used to buy adjacent land.
Production capacity at the Bhaluka factory in Mymensingh will be doubled from 25 tons per day to 50 tons.
The company said the project will use recovered materials and underused capacity. Yarn output will be used mainly for its own denim production.
The expansion will be financed through a 70:30 debt-to-equity ratio.
The board also approved the purchase of 50.37 decimals of land next to the Jamirda factory for future use.
Earnings per share fell to BDT 1.54 for January to March 2026, down from BDT 2.44 a year earlier.
Net operating cash flow per share rose to BDT 16.85 for July 2025 to March 2026, up from BDT 3.27 in the same period last year.
