The Ex-Students Forum (ESF) of Noakhali Textile Engineering College organized an Iftar gathering and award ceremony at the Buffet Lounge, BNS Center, Uttara. As part of the event, winners of the “Light of the Quran” competition were honored with awards. The occasion was graced by Shawkat Aziz Russel, President of the Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA), as the chief guest. Special guests included Professor Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, Acting Vice-Chancellor of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology, Engr. Abdus Sattar Shikder, Bir Muktijoddha and Former Principal of Noakhali Textile Engineering College, Engr. Md. Abdur Rakib, Principal of Noakhali Textile Engineering College, as well as Barrister Belayet Hossain and Shah Abdullah Al Baki.
General Secretary Kamrul Hasan Babu delivered a speech alongside advisors Sahab Uddin Masud and Abdullah Al Mamun, while Joint General Secretary Engr. Enamul Haque Himel also addressed the audience. The event was presided over by Engr. Md. Mizanur Rahman Mizan, Chief Advisor of the Ex-Students Forum (ESF). The program was conducted by ESF General Secretary, Engr. Md. Kamrul Hasan (Babu), with support from Organizing Secretary Engr. Md. Abdul Kader and Publicity Secretary Engr. Md. Amir Hamza.
Distinguished guests delivered brief speeches, and before Iftar, a special prayer was led by Engr. Md. Saiful Islam. The organizers stated that the Iftar gathering was arranged to uphold the sanctity and significance of Ramadan, fostering unity, goodwill, and brotherhood among the attendees.
