A signing ceremony was held between Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) and Esquire Knit Composite Ltd. on 14 February 2023 at the latter’s head office located in Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka, for a Long-Term Loan Facility.
Under this Facility, Esquire Knit Composite Ltd. will avail of long-term financing of up to BDT 750 million from IDCOL for their capacity expansion.
Mr. Alamgir Morshed, Executive Director & CEO, IDCOL and Mr. Md. Ehsanul Habib, Managing Director, Esquire Knit Composite Ltd., signed on behalf of their respective organizations. Mr. Nazmul Haque, Chief Investment Officer, IDCOL, Mr. Mustafizur Rahman, Chief Financial Officer, Esquire Knit Composite Ltd. and Mr. Md. Ashraf Ul Islam, Sr. Asst. Vice President, IDCOL, amongst others, were present in the occasion.
