Evince Group started its journey in 1983, with Evince Garments Ltd. It is one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh, having a portfolio ranging from textiles and RMG to retail, employing over 15,000 people. Since its inception in the Garments Industry, the organisation has expanded tenfold in terms of workforce, production capacity, revenue and relentless contribution towards the people at large. Our main products include woven shirts, denim, yarns and yarn dyed fabrics. We have been on the forefront in meeting the high-end demands of top-renowned customers and fashion brands in the international market. Evince Garments Ltd.: The Garments wing of Evince Group was initiated with Evince Garments Ltd, since then we have taken major strides in this industry with the addition of Evitex Apparels Ltd. in 2006 and Evitex Dress Shirt Ltd. (LEED Platinum Version 4.1) in 2019, having secured the Green Factory Award 2023. All our factories are equipped with the latest machines, guaranteeing comprehensive customer satisfaction.
Argon Spinning Ltd: Our Spinning Division is driven by Argon Spinning Ltd, starting its journey in 2016. The factory located in Habiganj has a total of 28,992 Ring Spindles and 800 Rotors. The monthly production capacity of Core Spandex Yarn is 105 ton, Ring Yarn 885 ton and Open End Yarn 270 ton.
Our yarn count ranges from Ne 6/1 to Ne 30/1 (Ring Process) and Ne 7/1 to Ne 16/1 (Rotor Process). The yarns produced are acquired by different export oriented woven fabric producing companies, through the nomination of foreign buyers. Advanced production equipment, strict quality control methods, robust sample development capability and well-established design and marketing network contribute to our growing reputation in this industry.
Evince Textiles Ltd: The Textiles Division is comprised of Evince Textiles Ltd. and Argon Denims Ltd. Evince Textiles Ltd. was formed in 1999 before going public in 2013.
Operating from Gazipur, it specializes in the selling of 100% deemed export-oriented top-quality yarn dyed woven fabric in numerous counts. Evince Textile Ltd. thrives to be the best in the textile industry providing premium quality products at the most competitive rates. We currently have a production capacity of over 2 million yards per month.
Argon Denims Ltd.: Argon Denims Ltd. was established in 2006 also having its factory in Gazipur. Its main products are medium and premium range denim fabrics, weights ranging from 4.5 Oz to 13 Oz. We produce fabrics in 100% Cotton, Cotton Stretch, Cotton Polyester and Cotton Polyester Stretch. These are made in optics like Slub, Crosshatch, Mixed Counts and Regular with various weaves such as Plain, Twill, Broken Twill and Herringbone offered in different finishes like preshrunk, flat, over dyed and coated.
The current monthly Production Capacity (Weaving) is over 1.6 million yards and Production Capacity (RFD) is over 1.5 million yards. We have been catering to numerous global brands.
Evince Group Retail Sector: Evince Group has expanded efficaciously in the retail sector with two of its major brands; Noir and Miniso Bangladesh. Noir, a clothing brand commenced in 2014 having its flagship outlet in Banani. Attaining the master franchise of the world-renowned brand Miniso, Evince Group has made massive success in opening up over 30 stores across the country with over 300 employees and counting. Minso Bangladesh has been recognized and awarded for outstanding performances consecutively in 2023, 2024 and 2025 by Miniso Head Quarters, China.
Certifications: Evince Group has earned several prestigious certifications, reflecting its commitment to quality and sustainability. Its garment manufacturing subsidiary, Evitex Dress Shirt Ltd., holds a LEED Platinum certification for eco-friendly practices. The company is also certified under global standards like Better Work Bangladesh, GOTS, GRS, OCS, and RCS for sustainable sourcing and production. In the IT sector, Evince Development is appraised at CMMI Level 3 and holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certifications for quality and information security management.
