A coordination meeting was held on August 13, 2024, at the FBCCI office in Gulshan, Dhaka to strengthen safety and security for trade and industry. General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 9th Infantry Division and Area Commander (Savar) Major General Md Moin Khan and Business Leaders from various chambers and associations were present at the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the President of FBCCI Mr. Mahbubul Alam.
During the meeting, business leaders sought cooperation from law enforcement agencies to strengthen safety and security in industrial areas of the country.
Among others, Former FBCCI President Mr. Abdul Awal Mintoo, Mir Nasir Hossain, Mr. Md. Jashim Uddin, Former Senior Vice President Mr. Mostofa Azad Chowdhury Babu, FBCCI Senior Vice President Mr. Md. Amin Helaly, Vice President Mr. Md. Munir Hossain, FBCCI Directors, DIG of the Dhaka Industrial Police Mr. Md. Azad Mia, High Officials of the Bangladesh Army were present at the meeting.
