For Sintec Textile, the Bangladesh market is one of the most important

Established in 2011 by Antonio Panozzo, SINTEC is a new enterprise, but with a great technical background and a long experience in the textile machinery field.

In a short time, SINTEC has created a series of new finishing machines, with many innovative ideas, many of which are protected by international patents.

After a starting phase of cooperation with some textile machinery manufacturers, SINTEC officially presented itself with its own brand at the ITMA international fair in Milan in 2015

In a conversation with Mr. Federico Panozzo, Sales Director, Sintec Textile SRL.

Textile Focus: What are the latest innovations you are presenting in the Textile Sector?

Federico Panozzo: Our latest innovation is our Easypower Technology: Easypower™ is an extremely innovative technology that represents a significant step forward in the world of knitted fabric compaction. It consists of a special rubber belt unit that can be added to a standard felt compactor to boost its versatility and overall performance. It is a 100% dry compacting (with only steam use) and finishing system, making it unique in the market.

At its core is a special rubber belt HOT-TEX, designed exclusively for Sintec, capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 200°C and millions of meters of production while maintaining its efficiency and precision, with no need for periodic surface grinding.
Easypower™ operates at lower temperatures (100–110 °C), with incredible results, making it ideal for viscose, piqué, and interlock fabrics, delivering finishes comparable to a standard belt Sanfor system but with no crushing or distortion of the fabric structure. Maintenance is kept to a minimum and is remarkably simple — a light cleaning every 2–3 months is enough, with no requirement for specialized personnel.

Textile Focus: What are the key products that help industry cost reduction?

Federico Panozzo: With Easypower, you can significantly reduce consumption.
For example, traditional sanforizing requires about 4 cubic meters of softened water per hour, which, with Easypower™, is completely saved. We believe that from an environmental point of view, at a time when water has become such a precious resource, this aspect alone is already highly significant.
We can consider processing between 10 and 14 tons/day while saving the use of 50 to 60 cubic meters of softened water per day.
The savings in electricity and steam are also remarkable, ranging from 20% to 40% less.

Textile Focus: How do you see the Bangladesh market?

Federico Panozzo: For Sintec Textile, the Bangladesh market is one of the most important to invest in, given the key role this country plays in apparel exports to Europe and USA.
And Easypower was designed precisely to allow apparel manufacturers to experiment with new and extremely high-quality effects in fabrics, to continue to maintain a key role with their suppliers and attract new ones.

The high reliability of Sintec machines is well-known and highly appreciated by those who already use them, with no complaints from our customers. This is also because our goal is to ensure that our machines are never out of service and that our customers always feel they receive prompt support.
We therefore see a lot of opportunity in the Bangladesh market, which, even when going through some more difficult economic times, is always ready to positively embrace new developments to continue to give its customers the excellent quality that has always characterised it.
