Forbes Marshall has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Innovative Companies of the Year by the CII Industrial Innovation Awards 2024. We participated in the Large Enterprise category, and the announcement was made during an event held on 13 December 2024 in Delhi.
Instituted in 2014, the CII Industrial Innovation Awards celebrate and identify innovative Indian enterprises across industry segments and sectors. These awards evaluate a wide range of innovations, including new processes, products, services, technologies, and other advancements that drive growth in the industry. Award categories are divided among enterprises of various sizes, including Large, Medium, Small, and Micro enterprises.
The award process involves several stages:
- Application Submission – Applicants provide an abstract of their innovation readiness, detailing the organization’s culture of innovation, innovation management, and inputs/outputs of their innovation efforts.
- Assessor Interaction – A physical or virtual interaction is conducted to validate the details submitted in the application form.
- First Jury Review – Applications are evaluated, and the top 20 companies are shortlisted for the Grand Jury stage.
- Grand Jury Evaluation – A panel of Indian and international experts selects the award winners in each category.
Forbes Marshall has participated in these awards for the past five years and has now been featured in the Top 20 Innovative Companies for the second consecutive year. This achievement results from the collective efforts and collaboration of our Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, and HR teams.
