Desk Report: Swedish fashion brand GINA TRICOT joined hands together with Textile Focus as an Industry Associates partner for promoting industry best practices globally.

The crest handover ceremony was held recently at the country office in the capital. In this ceremony, Ahsan Mahmood, Country Manager, Gina Tricot; Editor of Textile Focus and Denim Focus M A Islam Riyadh; Asst Manager of Textile Focus and Denim Focus Rakibul Islam were present.

Being a part of this, Textile Focus Industry Associates will be able to utilize the knowledge, and communication and promote their vendors factory sustainable practices. The factories are Adury Apparel’s ltd, Globus garments ltd, Shasha garments ltd, JL sweater Ltd, Ocean sweater ltd, Fakir Fashion Ltd  Momtex expo ltd; Shabab fabrics ; Tushuka trousers ltd.

Gina Tricot we have very firm sourcing and production strategy that is well routed and to establish new business. Bangladesh is very important! We have invested in a local production office with our own staff covering sourcing, merchandising, quality, CSR, environment, we see a growth in the RMG sector in Bangladesh for Gina Tricot said, Ahsan Mahmood, Country Manager, Gina Tricot.
