Reducing carbon from the environment is a global challenge. Despite being a garment factory, our commitment to our planet’s wellbeing and safety is uncompromising. AR Jeans is a mainly denim-based factory, manufacturing denim products such as denim jackets, jeans pants, etc. for both males & females. We also have sustainable washing plants, where we perform our denim washing. Our specialty is we complete our orders within a short lead time, 70-80 days. Talking about sustainability, AR Jeans is a LEED Platinum factory. We use rainwater, solar energy, less electricity, less carbon emission & other suitability facilities. We do this not for attracting our buyers but for our responsibilities towards nature. It is also true that, though we are a sustainability practicing factory, our buyers are not willing to pay any extra cost for that.

Buyers are not paying premium prices for green initiatives, but customers give such products priority and it is also a big marketing tool.

The benefits are significant and cannot be ignored, “If we understand LEED Green Building Concepts, cost is not an issue. If we analyze the costs and benefits in a meaningful way, we will see it costs less than regular buildings.
At present, the biggest challenge for Bangladesh’s RMG sector is the continuous price increase of yarn & fabric and energy crisis. Besides Shipping cost higher due to trade war. As we are doing Denim, we are facing prices on the other hand Pakistan doing good business in denim. So, Its time manufacturer need to think new strategy for Denim Business.
