On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, Groz-Beckert officially bid farewell to 29 trainees and students completing their apprenticeships. Three young people finished their training with a commendation.

Mike Kugler, Team Leader Training at Groz-Beckert, welcomed the guests and opened the graduation ceremony. Kathrin Pross, Managing Director of Groz-Beckert, then officially released the graduates from their apprenticeship contracts.
In total, 26 young people completed their training as industrial mechanics, metal technology specialists, mechatronics technicians and IT specialists, and three completed their combined studies in the field of technical computer science.
Groz-Beckert offered permanent employment to three trainees due to their involvement in the youth and trainee representation (JAV). Twenty apprentices will be offered temporary contracts for one year due to the economic situation. Three more will begin their scholarships at Groz-Beckert as part of their combined studies program, and three graduates have left the company at their own request.
After the official part, the training department met with the graduates and guests in the bistro in the courtyard.
