Former textile engineers from fabric and production team of Primeasia University organized a reunion ceremony at Polwel Convention Center in Uttara on Friday, 15th February 2019 About 350 students of the department were present in the program. Professor Dr. Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor of Primeasia University graced the program as the Chief Guest. Mr. A. K. M. Ashraful Haque, Treasurer, Sheikh Md. Hasanuzzaman, Dean, School of Engineering, Primeasia University were present in the Seminar as the Special Guests. Mr. Rashed Ahmed, AGM Knitting Section of Aswad Composite Mills Ltd & former textile engineering student of Primeasia University presided over the program. Among others, Teachers, Officers and Students were also took part in the program. The program was sponsored by Shankar Doyal Biswas, Managing Director of Goang Lih Machineries Industrial Company Limited.
Former students of Textile Engineering Department Ujjal Dakua GM (Merchandising), Ecotex Ltd, 042 batch Monirul Islam, 043 batch Tanvir Mazumdar, 051 batch Ilias Kanchan, 062 batch Imdadul Sajib, 072 batch Nazmul Hossain and Sajjadul Saju, 073 batch Imran Haider, Sukhon Abdullah and former student of batch 081, 082, 083, 091, 09, 093, shared their views at the program. The reunion ceremony was concluded through the cultural program.
